Production Process:
- Material Synthesis：First, cover the ordinary PVC with special brushed gold and silver paper and synthesize it to form a basic material with a brushed effect.
- Screen Printing：After synthesis, the material is transferred to the screen printing department for manual printing. Since the brushed material is not suitable for the traditional offset printing method, patterns and documents can be printed on the brushed PVC material through screen printing.
- Post-processing：After screen printing, it is transferred to the punching and cutting department for cutting and shaping. According to the demand, UV can be added to increase the concave-convex feeling and make it more like a metallic card.
