Description:
What is Dry inlay?
Simply speaking, RFID dry inlay is a combination of RFID chip and antenna. It could be used for making NFC sticker, RFID label, RFID ticket and various of RFID tags.
Antenna of dry inlay is aluminum etching, which is thinner with comparing to copper coil. Shape of antenna could be customized and redesigned on demand.
The RFID inlay is the functional component of an RFID tag's label that encodes identifying information and uses radio frequency waves to communicate with computer systems via an RFID reader. Its small size, as tiny as a grain of rice, allows for easy integration into various applications. The inlay consists of two components: an integrated circuit or microchip that stores personal identifying information and a small coil of aluminum, copper or silver wires called the antenna that transmits and receives radio frequency signals. These components are placed on a label and encased in plastic. RFID inlays can be classified as "wet" or "dry," depending on whether they require adhesives for attachment.
